Technical Information
Ettan DALTtwelve electrophoresis unit runs up to twelve second-dimension polyacrylamide gels in just 4-5 h. The gels accept first dimension 18- or 24-cm Immobiline DryStrip gels (IPG strips) from both Ettan IPGphor and Multiphor II isoelectric focusing systems.
Ettan DALTtwelve system is modular in design. The system components include Ettan DALTtwelve electrophoresis unit, gel caster and gradient maker, an EPS 601 power supply, All Ettan DALTtwelve electrophoresis system accessories, including blank cassette insert, separator sheets, filler sheets, cassette rack, and staining tray set are compatible with Ettan DALTsix units.
