Agilent AriaDx Real-Time PCR System
The AriaDx Real-Time PCR System is a fully integrated quantitative PCR system for amplification, detection, and data analysis. This system combines a thermal cycler, an optical system featuring an LED excitation source, and data analysis software. The instrument accommodates up to six optical modules, and the scanning optics provide optimal separation between dyes and samples. Thanks to its closed-probe PCR detection format, the instrument is compatible with a wide variety of fluorescent dyes—including, among others, SYBR® Green and EvaGreen dyes—as well as fluorogenic probe systems (including TaqMan probes).
