Self-explanatory operation:
Dräger developed the simple and structured operating concept of the Polytron 7000 in cooperation with its customers. The large graphic display shows status information through pictograms and plain text and guides the user through the calibration and configuration.
Data interfaces:
The connection between the Dräger Polytron 7000 and the evaluation system takes over a 4 to 20 mA signal, HART®, LON, PROFIBUS® or FOUNDATION fieldbus™. The modular design also allows subsequent conversion to one of the interfaces mentioned.
Remote sensor:
The remote sensor adapter can easily be mounted on a wall or, in combination with the pipe adapter, on exhaust air ducts or pipes.
Relay module:
The Dräger Polytron 7000 can be equipped with a relay module. This makes it a self-contained gas monitor with two concentration alarms and one fault alarm.
Smart Sensors:
With the Dräger Polytron 7000, over 100 different gases can be monitored. The DrägerSensors, specially developed for year-round continuous use in a stationary gas warning system, are known for their long service life and excellent measurement quality. The built-in sensor data storage contains all relevant information. This enables the use of pre-calibrated sensors, making the Dräger Polytron 7000 a virtually maintenance-free transmitter.
