Professional electric heating mantle manufactured by the renowned Electrothermal brand, model EM2000/CE.
The unit is designed for the uniform and controlled heating of round-bottom flasks up to 2,000 ml (2 litres) and is ideally suited for use in laboratories, research, development, chemistry and technical applications.
The Electrothermal Electromantle features an integrated power controller and separate indicator lights for mains power and heating operation. The heating element is housed in an insulated heating cartridge, providing efficient heat transfer to the inserted round-bottom flask. The EM series is designed for heating-element temperatures of up to approximately 450 °C.
