The cooled Megafuge® 1.0 R is a universal table centrifuge and ideal for all routine separation tasks in the laboratory.
Maintenance-free
All Megafuges® are equipped with a frequency-controlled induction drive. This ensures short braking and acceleration times and a longer service life for your centrifuge. The drive is practically maintenance-free. The annoying carbon brush change is no longer necessary. Dust formation is avoided.
Low-vibration operation
An innovative material technology is used for the housing base of the Megafuge®. This new material is called Centricast and ensures particularly low-vibration and quiet operation.
Environmentally friendly
The cooled Megafuge® 1.0 R uses the CFC-free and environmentally friendly refrigerant R 134 a.
Ease of use
Thanks to the MEGACONTROL II microprocessor control, the Megafuge® is particularly easy and reproducible to operate. Clear function keys and easy-to-read digital displays make work easier and help avoid errors.
MEGACONTROL II offers the following options:
The desired RCF value can be preselected. The centrifuge displays the current RCF value at the touch of a button. The quick run function allows samples to be centrifuged briefly. Sensitive samples are gently braked using the soft brake function. The time at which the brake is switched off can be preselected.
Built-in safety
The Megafuge® is supplied as standard with an armored rotor chamber, automatic lid locking and holding mechanism. International safety regulations are taken into account as a matter of course.
Service-friendly
The Megafuge® is designed for daily use in the laboratory. The drive is maintenance-free. The Megafuge® uses digital self-diagnosis to check its functionality and immediately display errors.
