The JULABO refrigerated circulators consist of a thermostat head and a refrigeration machine with bath vessel and are designed for heating and cooling liquids in a bath vessel. In addition to the refrigeration unit, the main functional elements are the heater, circulation pump and control electronics. An electronic proportional temperature control (PID characteristic curve) adjusts the heat supplied to the thermal requirements of the bath. The setting is quick and easy using the membrane keypad with easy-to-learn symbols. The keypad is splash-proof, easy to clean and ergonomically designed. The microprocessor technology enables four temperature values to be stored and displayed on the MULTI-DISPLAY (LED): working temperatures T1 and T2, over- and under-temperature warning limits. The safety value for the over-temperature protection, a safety device independent of the control circuit, can be set on the front and is simultaneously displayed on the MULTI-DISPLAY (LED). The RS232/RS485 interface enables modern process technology without an additional interface, directly online, from the thermostat to your application device.
In addition to the digital interface, additional analog connections are available, such as for Pt100 external sensors, analog programming input, temperature recorder output and others.
