The system was dismantled by a specialist company. All glass and steel parts are numbered and labeled at the connections. Complete documentation is available. 
The device is approx. 4.9 m high, approx. 3 m wide, and approx. 140 cm deep. 
A Huber Unistat T330 mt with 24 kW heating power serves as the heat source. A Huber Unichiller 025w-MPC is used for cooling. The vacuum is generated with a Leybold Sogevac S65B. The control cabinet was dismantled with the cables in their original length and all cables are labeled.
