The Model TTC replaces the vitality determination with the less sensitive and difficult to standardize color exclusion method (Trypan blue) by a highly standardized current exclusion method. In addition to the determination of cell number, cell volume, degree of aggregation and cell size distribution, this forms the basis for: the long-term monitoring of biological processes the optimization of cell culture methods the overall comparability of measurement data - from user to user, from day to day, from laboratory to laboratory.
The series of Cell Counter + Analyzer systems meets all requirements for fast and standardized condition monitoring of cell cultures. The systems work according to the tried and tested CASY® technology. The lifetime-stable, factory-certified calibration of the devices forms the basis for the high accuracy and reproducibility of this technology. Application-specific setups guarantee efficient work and objective results. Even with the highest demands on the quality and safety of the results, this simply means switching on and measuring. The GLP / GMP compliant documented results are already available after approx. 10 seconds. Low-cost consumables keep follow-up costs very low, even during routine use. A unique feature of the CASY technology (Model TT and TTC) is the fully automatic aggregation correction. Even aggregates of several hundred cells, as they can occur in adherently growing cell cultures are recorded with their correct single cell count. The basis for this is the exact determination of the cell size distribution and the cell volume with highest measuring range dynamics and maximum resolution. The embedded system technology used forms the basis for compliance with all guidelines of the 21 CFR 11 standard. For validation, the lowest level of GMP rules for electronic systems can be used. This makes validation extremely easy.
