Parameters: WBC, RBC, HGB, HCT, MCV, MCH, MCHC, PLT, LYM (#, %), MXD (#, %), NEUT (#, %), RDW-SD, RDW-CV, PDW, MPV, P-LCR Sample material: Whole blood Sample volume: Whole blood mode: 15 μL aspiration volume Predilution mode: 20 μL sample volume Test result: approx. 148 seconds/sample Dimensions (L x W x H): 460 x 185 x 350 mm Weight: 14 kg
Despite its small size, the Hematology Analyzer pocH-100i uses the advanced sheath flow technology from Sysmex's high-end devices. The determination of cell volume and counting of hydrodynamically focused erythrocytes and platelets is significantly more precise, as this method avoids potential errors due to multiple counting or recirculation. Quality processes are addressed with the pocH-100i's closed tube sampling and the simple reagent system. Six integrated QC files support the assurance of device performance. The intuitive push-button menu simplifies the operation of this analyzer.

Measurement Method
The size and number of leukocytes (WBC) are determined using the resistance measurement method. In the HGB detector, the hemoglobin concentration is measured photometrically.
