The unique heating and cooling system is equipped with a thermal jacket that ensures an even temperature in the interior. Test chambers offer homogeneous, stable environmental conditions. The excellent temperature consistency ensures that your results are fully reproducible. In this way you can always achieve high-quality results at the highest level of quality.
In contrast to conventional incubators, BK 6160 is designed in such a way that it does not dry out. If a water tray is used indoors, a relative humidity (RH) of up to 90% can be achieved. The cooling system and heater are located on the outside and below the workspace where the air is mixed and delivered to the thermal jacket. The programmable temperature controls allow precise temperature adjustments, as well as control of temperature and even light cycles to simulate day and night conditions.
