Technically and optically excellently preserved WAB Turbula T2F mixer
The TURBULA® mixer is used to produce homogeneous mixtures of powdered components with different specific weights and particle sizes. Dry-liquid and liquid-liquid mixtures are also possible. The workflow is hygienic and dust-free because the product can be mixed in separate containers of different sizes and shapes.
The extraordinary effectiveness of the TURBULA® mixer is based on the inclusion of rotation, translation and inversion in accordance with Schatz's inversion theory in the mixing technology.
The mixing container is set in a three-dimensional movement and the mixed material is subjected to alternating, rhythmically pulsating movements. Mixing results that meet the highest requirements are achieved in the shortest possible time.
Containers of any shape from test tube size up to a maximum volume of 2 liters can be used in the mixing basket. The mixing containers are held in place with rotatable rubber clamps. The drive and movement control of the mixing basket is carried out via elastic drive elements and an eccentric gear. The TURBULA® T 2 F is used in all industries and areas, especially in research, development and analytics.

The control unit for the Turbula. The speed can be continuously adjusted here. The control also has a digital timer to automatically end mixing processes.
